School Improvement Team

Trinity High's School Improvement Team is a group of elected faculty representatives including one representative from each department, the Guidance Counselor, the Media Specialist, a classified employee, the administrator, lead teacher, and one parent representative. This group works during monthly meetings to plan and make decisions regarding academic and business items with the goal of continual improvement in instruction for the students at THS.

Each year this group writes an improvement plan for the school with specific goals and strategies which address the most pressing needs for improvement as identified by the staff, student data, and other resources. The improvement plan, goals, and strategies are revisited throughout the year and adapted as needed to ensure success.
